Procedural information on the purchase of a (second-hand) weapon or product

Dispatch of weapons, products or ammunition within Germany:

If you wish to purchase a particular weapon, send us a scan of your identity card (both sides) and the relevant, valid documents (e.g. shooting license, weapons possession card with ID numbers, ammunition purchase permit, or a special authorization issued by the relevant authorities – both sides each). If you want us to send the weapon to a different supply address, please let us know. Attention – the package can only be handed over to you personally. It is not possible to deliver the product to any other entitled person, unless this recipient has a valid authorization according to the weapons legislation. We require this authorization before dispatch.

For packaging, postage and delivery we charge a flat rate of €10.00 for the dispatch of goods of a total weight up to 25 kg by DHL within the Federal Republic of Germany. The transport costs for consignments with higher weights are €25.00.
Due to legal stipulations, weapons are dispatched exclusively via the specialized carrier OVERNITE, within Germany; the costs are €38.00.
According to legal decrees, ammunition is dispatched in compliance with the requirements for hazardous materials ADR. The flat rate for hazardous substances of €26.00 is charged per package (up to a maximum of 25 kg).

Upon receipt of your data, you will receive the invoice including transport costs and stating our bank connection (Note: in the case of second-hand weapons the Value Added Tax will not be specified separately, as such weapons are considered as second-hand goods, which are subject to differential taxation according to §25a UstG.)

Goods up to a value of €500.00 are insured against the usual transport risks at our cost. Should you wish for more insurance cover, we can obtain transport insurance at your cost and expense.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date of delivery. The weapon may only be handed over to the actual person authorized without any exceptions. The authorization has to be documented to the carrier by presenting an identity card.
